Blush was a thing of the past for Carolina Herrera, Versace and all designers in between models worked flawless skin, subtly contoured for dimension and finished with a soft focus effect.

Monochromatic skin allowed for all focus to be on strong brows, a popular trend seen on runways for many designers including Erin Wasson x RVCA, Narcisco Rodriguez, Thakoon, and Prada.

Neutral eyes paired with bold lips continued to rule the runways at Dolce and Gabbana, Donna Karan, Max Azria, and Proenza Schouler. Artists for Karl Lagerfeld opted for a strong coral lip, while models for Dior, Givenchy, and Miu Miu debuted a brighter version of the neutral eye using sun-inspired shades of orange and yellow.

Makeup artists for Armani, John Galliano, and Giambattista Valli showcased their talent for precise application while Jean Paul Gaultier and Zac Posen displayed similar looks featuring tracked black liner above and below the eye.

The smokey eye was re-invented as Chanel artist's spackled shadow from lash line to brow bone, creating a smoldering look that's anything but ordinary.

Very interesting. The Chanel looks in particular. That is actually exactly how my makeup looks if I get caught in a rain storm.
