The kind people at Ashworth and Associates sent me over a pair of these to try in some runners. My goodness, they are comfortable!

They can be added to any athletic shoes to provide cushioning and breathable, antimicrobial protection. The anti-microbial additive protects against bacteria, and as a result, unpleasant odor. You can't tell from the product shot, but these have little holes to make them breathable.

To use, pull out the insoles in your shoes and replace with these puppies. They can be hand washed and reused. Your feet and nose will thank you.
