Love it

My poor children ages 3,5, and 6 have problems with constipation. The doctor prescribed them a powder to help but I felt it was to rough on their tummy's. I bought culturelle probiatic to see if it would help. About a week of me sneaking it into their drinks, I noticed their bowel movements were regulated and not as hard.

My son love that there is no weird flavor. I often mix it in with apple juice or apple sauce. It dissolves and leaves no strange taste or abnormal colors so they don't even know that it is in there.

My toddler was having tummy troubles after having too much dairy and despite removing the dairy from his diet, his bowels did not return to normal for days. I gave him one dose and it cleared everything up and he was back to normal. I also like to give these to the son as a preventative when he is on antibiotics and he never get an upset stomach from them.
