love this product
So easy to use and colours great. Colour lasts a very long time and I don't use anything else. Keep up the good work Garnier. I use a lot of your products and they are all great.
I really the intense dark brown, number 3. It gives a really good dark color. I would say I would need 2 boxes to fully dye my hair because it is past my shoulders and thick.
The only dye I use now! left my hair looking and feeling great and healthy.
For starters, I started going grey when I was 14. I am 29 now. To top it all off, I was born with natural black hair. Every 6 weeks after coloring I end up with an inch and half of half black half tinsel roots. I have my usual brand of hair color, but I decided to strip all of my previous hair color out (see my other review) and start again. Garnier Nutrisse Mousse was very easy to use, and did not have a very strong smell, it rinsed very easily. I also loved the conditioner included, smelled great. The next day, when I could see my new color in the sun, I was very happy. I always wait at least 3-4 days to shampoo after coloring, and upon drying my hair after the first shampoo, I COULD SEE MY GREY ROOTS. So, overall, great ease of use, not bad smelling, great color. BAD for grey coverage. Will not be using again.
I really like to color my hair but it usually ends in a disaster. The creams always get all over and make a mess and my skin is super sensitive. I really enjoyed using this coloring system. The foam made it easy to use without making a huge mess, and my hair came out gorgeous! Results last a while for me and I typically use the burgandy color (that usually fades sooner than later).

I have purchased this new product and I used it yesterday it is very easy to use. No mess. I have long hair and it did all of my hair you apply it to dry unwashed hair the results were great the shade I chose to use was 5G Medium Golden Brown it hid all my greys and you only had to leave it on 25 mins. The conditioner is great also it makes your hair feel silky smooth and smells nice and no tangles.
I do highly recommend this product to all the ladies out there it is well worth the price. The end results were really awesome. So I hope you all give it a try it worked great for me.
I'm a big fan of using a foam/mousse when I'm coloring my own hair, so I was very pleased to see Garnier had one on the shelves. After a botched salon attempt at red hair left me with bright orange roots (seriously), I decided to go back to doing it myself. Rather than try to dump more red on top of my hair, I decided to just go plain ol' brown for a while.
My hair is coarse and very dry, though I have a moderately oily scalp. It's already damaged from previous color treatments, so I knew that just about any box dye that touted my desired result would likely end up turning my hair black. I wanted a dark brown, similar to Intense Dark Brown. I purchased Medium Brown, which is four shades away from it on the Nutrisse chart, but is really only two shades lighter.
The foam is nice and thick, and the foamer cap works great. It goes a little runny once it hits your hair. It doesn't smell great, but it smells a LOT better than many other hair dyes I've used. I applied to my roots first, let it sit about five minutes, then applied to the rest of my head. I did leave the very ends alone since they're already pretty damaged and dark. I didn't have any scalp sensitivity to the dye. The bit that dripped onto my skin was easy to wipe off with a little soap and water. Even though it doesn't stay as thick as I expected, I didn't drip any on the floor or counter. I'm clumsy, so that's a big plus for me.
This is by far the easiest hair dye to rinse out that I can recall. I hit it with a little shampoo, but the water was nearly clear in just a few minutes even without it. I could definitely feel damage when all was said and done. It's not significant, panic-inducing damage, but it's enough to make me skip the flat iron until I can get a trim.
My only real complaint about it is that there seems to be less product than in other foam dyes I've used. Since my hair is shoulder length, I figured one box would be plenty. I had to hide my splotchy hair under a cap when I went back to Target to pick up a second box the next day. The only other time I've needed two boxes is when my hair was a good five inches longer. That would not deter me from using it again: one box is more than enough to do a touch up application, and I'll know to get more than one if I decide to change colors in the future.
Overall, this is currently my favorite box hair dye, and I'll be using it again.
I've been wanting to dye my hair for sometime now, and with a wedding coming up I figured its the perfect time to show off a new style. I purchased the Garnier Nutrisse Mousse in "Iced Golden Brown". I was wanting to go for something a bit darker then my natural colour (Light Brown). The foam pump is amazing, its so easy to do by yourself, as for the colour it didn't seem to look any different, but after a quick blow dry you could notice a hint of "Golden brown" as they call it. Now, several hours later, you can really notice that its different, it's nothing dramatic but at least its spiced up my hair, and that's what I was going for.
It was my first time trying a hair color that was a mousse.. I really liked it. So easier to apply!
And no mess either.
I tried the medium blond color and like the result. Although i don't think it covered enough on some sections.
It's been 3 weeks so far and the colors hasn't fade too much.
