This steamer flat iron has changed the way I straighten my hair dramatically. I use it once or twice a week and use my regular flat iron for touch ups when I don't use the steam pod.
The iron has a comb which makes sure that the steam seals each strand of hair with moisture and it seals the hair cuticle so my hair isn't frizzy - which is awesome so I don't need to use anti-frizz products. Keeps the static away in dry weather too and my hair just feels really healthy and hydrated. My hair also looks incredibly shiny.
The pod only uses distilled water or I like to boil water and cool it to room temperature and add it before I use the steam pod.
I don't recommend this for people with fine hair because the steam will weigh it down. Great for curly hair (will keep it straight until you wash it) or people who have thick or coarse hair.
It is expensive but I have saved money on hair taming products and rime!
