This is bar none the BEST supplement I have tried. Upon first glance, you might think nothing of these little gummies, however, halfway through running a Tough Mudder, they had these on course and gave me the re-charge I needed to get through the remaining 5 miles! The dark cherry flavour makes them taste like candy! Highly recommended and cheap to buy. Only downside...they are only available for purchase in the US!
