I'm at the age where any little thing causes a small leakage. I was wearing maxi pads everyday til I saw this on the shelf.
It comes in 3 sizes, the first package is the starter pack to determine your proper size. I'm a 2. It's inserted exactly like a tampon and saves your panties ect from accidental bladder leakage.

I didn't hate these but then again I wasn't exactly sold on them either. I wanted them for when I would do high impact cardio classes. A lot of jumping + motherhood = weak bladder. I get the concept of what they were "supposed to do" but still found some leakage would seep through. I tried the combo pack and did attempt to try the different sizes but some were just way to uncomfortable. Regular tampons work better for me.

I actually went out and purchased these In hopes they would help my mild bladder problem. They didn't work for me at all. The price is right and the idea is there, but for me personally they did not work at all. It's nice that you can buy the sizing kit though. So you can figure out what you need before you purchase these, as they are a little pricy. But if they were effective for me I'd have been happy to pay the 15 dollars or so that they cost.
