I love this cereal, with hot water poured on top, drained and smothered in brown sugar. It is a nice shape and two fit in the bowl quite nicely. I scrunch the muffets and eat just with milk and brown sugar or one on it's own just for a snack.

This cereal is similar to weetabix. It is wheat cereal wrapped in portion sized disks that are to be soaked in milk or yogurt (or however you eat your cereal). To be honest the taste is not great but because it manages to keep its crunchiness for a while after soaking in cold milk, i would prefer this to weetabix.
