Lemon pie filling

this is my go to for when needing a lemon filling for cakes, pies or just on it's own as a dessert. It cooks very well and very easy to use. Has a great lemon taste!!!

Nope....sorry Shirriff....I like your other puddings but Lemon is not my cup of tea. It is very sweet and there is a acidic aftertaste that doesn't go away. Also, the actuall pudding is runny. Not a fan....go for Jello instead.

I could eat this stuff all by it's self. So tasty and the lemon flavor is mouth watering. Works prefect for those recipes in my cookbook. Love this brand also.

This is defiantly my go to when I want the taste of lemon in any of my cupcakes, pies, etc. This has a very tart lemon flavour and it always comes out perfect. This isn't cheap so I usually get it when it's on sale.

I've been buying this for years. It makes a great lemon meringue pie. I use it for lots of baked goods and even make lemon danish as it is easier than one would imagine.
