I was given this in my Stocking last Christmas. It is now my favorite night time ritual. It can be hot or cold, and is still in mint conditon. It has beads in a gel that lock in either heat or slighlty freeze (but the gel doesn't' freeze) to maintain for a 30 minute mask treatment. Perfect for relaxing at the end of the work day, or for hangover relief too. Also the heat is super nice for when you have a cold or flu. It does take down any puffiness when cold, if you have time throw it in the freezer when you first wake up, while the coffee is brewing, and 5-10 minutes you have a 100% natural anti puff eye treatment. Also, I wrap it against my neck in the front and back. It seems to add life and health to my complexion too.
