I have been using this conditioner for years, and I really like it. The best thing a about is that it has peppermint oil in it so it stimulates your scalp.I love the cooling feeling the peppermint oil gives to my scalp. It also has Olive, coconut, jojoba and wheat germ oils in it for moisturizing and growth. You leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes after shampooing. I usually leave it on 30 minutes. Sometimes I use it before shampooing and it works well that way too.
