The last time I wore heels for an extended period of time, I ended up with three blisters and two ruined soles. It was not a good day. That being said, while I haven't given up on high heels entirely, I'm not exactly going to be wearing them out all day any time soon. My heels are strictly bar to car from now on.

With the season of summer vacays, festivals and beaching upon us, we'll all be doing a fair amount of trekking about. I thought I would give you some of the most comfortable and still supa cute options for all your walking needs:

I wear heels to the bar only. In the summer, I am a flipflop girl for the beach, or gladiator flat sandle for everyday. My favourite pair of gladiators that I own are from 3 years ago. I bought them at Aldo and they are a silver sort of snake skin. They are very comfy and I'm not afraid of them sliding off my feet (like flipflops do) because they buckle. And the silver is neutral enough to go with pretty much anything!
