10 Facial Oils To Try
I know what you're thinking, oils on my face? Um, no. Why would I want to put oil on my face? I spend money on mattifying primers, powders and oil absorbing sheets to get all that stuff OFF my face, so why would I just go and put it back on?
Well, I'm here to hopefully change your mind.
I've been all over the face oils lately. With my acne prone skin and all the drying products I use on it (salicylic acid, tea tree oil, benzoyl peroxide to name a few), my skin is parched and in turn, overproduces oil to make up for this. This means that all that acne fighting I do is actually pretty counterproductive.
Besides being cost effective (a few drops go a long way!), oils are more concentrated and when used before a serum and moisturizer, they actually work to pull the product deeper into your skin.
Here are a few of my favorite facial oils that I recommend. Don't be scared to take the oily plunge ladies, believe me if I can do it, you can too.
1. Rodin Face Oil (C$154.00)
2. Nude Skincare ProGenius Treatment Oil (C$94.00)
3. Pure+simple - Balancing Kapha Face (C$35.66, on sale)
4. Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Fruit & Seed Oil Blend (C$35.00)
5. Jurlique Skin Balancing Face Oil (C$62.00)
1. Bobbi Brown Extra Face Oil (C$72.00)
2. Clarins Lotus Face Treatment Oil (C$51.00)
3. Boscia Tsubaki Beauty Oil (C$55.00)
4. Aesop Fabulous Face Oil (UK$40.00)
5. Algenist Advanced Anti-Aging Repairing Oil (C$94.00)
Have you used face oils or would you be willing to try?

I would love to try them out. Just because it is oil doesn't mean it's going to make your skin oily, it might do wonders. Cant hurt to try it. | |
