2012 Winter Boot Trends
First we presented you with some of this season's most styling winter coats. This time around, we're showing you the most trendy and cute boots for winter!
Trend #1: Ankle Boots
Ankle boots are definitely the 'it' shoe this fall and winter. They look great with a pair of trousers, denim or paired with a skirt to give it a more casual feel. We love the thicker, platform heel for a modern approach but wedges are a good option for anyone not totally comfortable in heels.

The Hibou Duckett Boots are now on my wishlist!
I'm really into the practical boots right now. I love being comfortable and warm but I also think they can look cool. Riding boots are always on my radar.
Oooo I love the Hibou Duckett Boots! Too bad I would never ever pay $220 for a pair of boots! I have riding style boots that I bought last season for $40!
I am seriously in love with the North Face Shellistas and the Sorel Joan of Arctics. But, I already own 6 pairs of boots, so I can't really justify buying them. Guess I'll have to wait till my other ones wear out :(
I really love the MK boots in Trend2 ... so beautiful! <3
I absolutely love my boots, I have 7 pairs. My favorite pair has to be my riding boots though! I love how they look and how they feel. I'd love to stock up on some new ankle boots.
Love my riding boots and need to get me some ankle ones too :)
I've got a pair of the classic riding boot style and a pair of the "moto boot". I also like the bohemian-looking boot trend but I think only certain people can pull them off. My least favorite are the "practical", they are ok if your area gets tons of snow, but they are not something to wear everyday. |
