5 Exercises for Toned Arms
I'm sure you've heard the expression "Teacher's Arm". I apologize to all teachers out there, but you know what it means: the under arm jiggle that increases with age, most noticeably when writing on a chalk board (do they even use those anymore?).  Unfortunately this condition doesn't discriminate.  Even stick thin arms can fall victim to it. The only way to banish teacher's arm forever is to tone that ish up.  Thankfully that's what we have Trainer George for!

Seriously love this post. Adding these to my routine workout now. My "bingo arms" are one of my largest insecurities. Only a couple years ago I used to be over 350 lbs, to date I've managed to drop just over 100 pounds... my arms are still not very pretty. Definitely going to test this out. Thanks loves!! :) xo

Wow you guys are so sweet! I've been down and out for a bit since we all got sick but your comments are really kind. Thank you! It's all about the George factor, Ladies. Seriously I'd never find the time to workout if he didn't show up here to kick my butt!

Lol, In my house we always called them grandma arms. My granda was a thin women who had "grandma arms" so I am extremely worried about inheriting this trait. Thanks Ali

Yay, I've been looking for good anti-arm jiggle workouts! Ali, you look incredible. Did you really have a baby less than a year ago?! You're dedication to getting fit again is so encouraging.
