7 Designer Collaboration Collections Coming to Stores Soon
Designers collaborating with mass retailers is not new for 2012, but what the trend lacked in early adoption it's making up for in sheer volume lately.
Here are a few of the collaboration collections we're looking forward to for Winter 2012 and early Spring 2013:
H&M and Maison Martin Margiela, launches November 15, 2012

I'm gonna admit that while the duvet coat confuses me, it sure looks amazingly comfy. I'm crushing on the black trouser suit and those plexi wedge crimson boots.
The Limited and Sophie Theallet, launches mid-November 2012

Simple shapes, saturated colour AND white after Labor Day.
Starbucks and Rodarte, launches November 13, 2012
You now have a gift idea for the person who is impossible to shop for. You're welcome.
Target + Neiman Marcus and 24 Designers, launches December 1, 2012

From Carolina Herrera stationary and a Derek Lam skateboard to Oscar de la Renta pet accessories and Marchesa dresses, Target and Neiman Marcus are making holiday shopping interesting to say the least.
Target and Prabal Gurung, launches February 10, 2013

I've officially changed my opinion on crayon-coloured flowers. Slow learner? Yeah, maybe.
Nine West and Kirna Zabête, launches February 2013

Sketches only for now, so no word yet on how wearable that feather detail really will be. Still, I'm loving the punchy purple colour and sexy silhouette.
JCPenney and Duro Olowu, launches March 2013

We have yet to see the collaboration designs, but if it's anything like Doru Olowu's Spring RTW runway collection I'm a fan already.
Which collection are you looking forward to most?
