We are always talking about the latest and greatest mascaras on ChickAdvisor, and there are a few trusty faves many of us agree on like CoverGirl Lash Blast, Maybelline New York Great Lash, and Diorshow.

But even when we're loyal to a brand, we always have our eye on the next big thing. Will one of these new kids win your vote?

If you want your lashes long and strong, try Lancôme Définicils Precious Cells ($34 CAD), available August 2010 at Lancôme counters. Lancôme tells us that not only will you get the instant definition that their successful Lancome Definicils High Definition Mascara delivers, but this updated version claims to regenerate the condition of your lashes over time.

Got the length but crave volume? Try Marcelle Power Volume Mascara ($11.95 CAD) for intense volume without the flakes. It comes in black, dark brown, and navy and is available August 2, 2010 at pharmacies and mass retail stores in Canada.

CARGO 3 Mascara ($20 CAD) is calling itself a triple threat in the mascara world: it promises to thicken, lengthen, and curl so you can skip your eyelash curler. Available in the Fall at Murale and select Independent Boutiques.

If you need long lasting mascara, get set to try Lise Watier Féline Waterproof Mascara HD ($20 CAD) launching this month. The slim brush is packed with bristles of different lengths to coats every long or short lash you got and last all day long! You can find it at Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada and Naimies in the U.S.

Looking to bring out your natural eye colour? Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Mascara Duo ($10.95 CAD) is available in different shades to suit your eye colour. One side is black with pearlescence, the other is a shade meant to complements your natural eye colour. Available in drugstores now!

If you want dramatic, head-turning lashes you could try Bobbi Brown The Extreme Party Mascara ($26 CAD, $22 USD) available now at Bobbi Brown counters. Bonus: they are safe for contact lens wearers.

And of course you know how we feel about Maybelline New York The Falsies Volum' Express Mascara!

Which will you try?
