Ali in Argentina: Amused

When in Argentina, expect to be surprised. For example:

This is the hugest tree I've ever seen. It's in Recoletta across from the huge and very famous cemetery.
Observe that the branches are so long, they are held up by wooden planks towards the ends.
Everyone eats ham. A lot of ham. One restaurant we went to didn't have a single sandwich that did NOT come with ham. Do you like ham?
Dulce de leche is extremely popular here. It's a heavenly caramel spread made with milk. It's available in Canada (not sure about the U.S), but if you haven't before you must. I ordered crepes with dulce de leche and whip cream. There was so much, here's what was left over.
The signs here are killing me. I found this one in a mall. Think marketers are brainwashing us?
But this? This is the best marketing bull I've ever seen in my life. This made me so happy, I clapped out loud in the store. If you don't like the always slogan, you will hate this branding.
Amazing, right?
