Last week we told you that Pantene is looking for the world’s first reality hair star! The lucky winner will star alongside Stacy London in the first ever live TV ad on May 25th to help launch New Customized Pantene, the brand’s redesign.

The contestants will be narrowed down to a lucky 12 who will be flown to New York for an in-person test shoot in May.

Today, I've made a little vid to give you some ideas to get started. Obviously I am not eligible to enter this contest, but you are so there is no excuse for you not entering. This is your chance to be discovered!

A few quick tips for your video:

• Show your personality

• Make sure there aren't any logos showing and don't mention any other brands

• No music

• No fake hair. Extensions are lovely but they're not allowed.

• At the end of your video make sure you say: “That’s why I am the first reality hair star!”

Upload a video of yourself to www.pantene.com/realitystar between now and April 18th, 2010 telling Pantene why you should be the first reality hair star. Be sure to read the complete contest rules and regulations.
