Beauty Review of the Week: All About Eyes (Sept 2-8)

After a long eye makeup hiatus, I am back on the wagon! So, I need your help. Tell me what new products I should test out for my new found smoky eye obsession! This week (from September 2-8), review an eye makeup product. This means you can review an eye liner, mascara or an eye shadow.
