Short rant, but I saw a girl in line the other day for the train, wearing a pair of LEGGINGS as PANTS. When did it become acceptable to wear leggings as pants? No seriously. They were opaque grey, and she didn't even try to do that cute booty cover with a long tunic top, or at least a short skirt to make it seem a bit more acceptable.
