With crisp breezes and frosty mornings comes dry flaky skin: it's time to bring out the big guns and layer on a soothing body lotion.  It's no surprise that the intensive moisturizers top our list over the creams that merely "smell nice".  Did your must-have product make the cut?

(1) Vaseline Sheer Infusion ($10) has sat at the top of our Hotlist for a long time, thanks to its light but reliable all-day-long coverage.

(2) The Body Shop's Shea Body Butter ($20) is made with Community Trade ingredients and formulated for Very Dry Skin.

(3) Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion ($12) got rave reviews for its non-irritating and effective formula.

(4) Vaseline Cocoa Butter Deep Conditioning ($6) isn't greasy or sticky, and the price is a steal.

(5) Olay Quench Body Lotion ($9) adds a delicate shimmer to your skin.

(6) Bath & Body Works' Body Lotion in 'Warm Vanilla Sugar' ($10) has a delicious scent that you can layer with other products in the 'Warm Vanilla Sugar' line.

(7) The Body Shop's Coconut Body Butter ($20) is also ideal for Very Dry Skin and has a delicious summery scent you enjoy all year long.

(8) OPI Avojuice Skin Quenchers ($11) are lightweight and have a range of unique scents.

(9) The Body Shop's Strawberry Body Butter ($20) is best for Normal Skin and is fast absorbing.

My favorite is the Olay Quench. It makes my skin feel decently soft and I love the shimmer in it. In terms of moisturizing the Body Shop's butters are way more effective but a lot more money for way less product. My favorite scent is the coconut so I'm glad to see it up here! :]

I've tried 6 of those products listed above - the three Body Shop ones, the Bath and Body Works and the Vaseline ones without the coco in it. My pick would be Vaseline over the Body Shop or Bath and Body works ones, even though the latter ones smell so yummy. Well, I'll give credit to the shea and the coconut ones since they was for dry skin and it did work. Any lotion is a no go for me in the winter.

I am a fan of anything with Shea Butter in it. I find if I use a natural soap without sodium palmate and other detergents in it, my skin feels softer and I don't need to over moisturize it. I

Yes! I love Burts Bees Milk & Honey too! As for the rest of this list, my top pick is the Aveeno lotion for everyday with any of the body butters from Body Shop for any really dry patches.
