Chocolate Caramel Cocktail Recipe
This is a naughty Easter(ish) drink I invented. Since the kiddies are going to be eating lots of chocolate this weekend, there should be something for the adults too. It was inspired by the Cottontail Punch in the Spring 2012 issue of Food and Drink (p.127), but that one called for butterscotch liqueur, which I don't like and there wasn't any chocolate. Ridiculous! So this is my version and I hope you like it.
Chocolate Caramel Cocktail
1 Scoop Organic Meadow Chocolate Swirl Ice Cream
1 oz Caramilk Cream Liqueur
1 shot Espresso
Stir it up, or shake it with ice then top with shaved chocolate.
Serves 1
