Cocktail Recipe: Pudding Shots
The pudding shot is a new way to eat your drink and enjoy it very, very, very much too! I like to call it 'grown up dessert'.
What's great about this recipe as well, is that you can change it up and customize it with different flavours- if chocolate isn't your thing, do vanilla or even strawberry and switch the alcohols suggested here for your favourites!
You can also create this as a dessert/drink after a dinner party with friends and use multiple packets to get a large amount. Just spoon it into individual, cute little cups for each guest!
What you'll need:
Instant pudding packet
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Irish cream
Splash of vanilla vodka
For rimming the glass
Chocolate
Sprinkles
Step 1: Add the wet ingredients
Follow the instructions on the pudding packet, most likely you will need to add two cups of milk to the powder. Instead of this, add only 1 1/2 cups of milk and a 1/2 cup Irish cream. Add a splash of vanilla vodka for some flavour too if you like. If you want a sweeter tasting pudding, try 1 3/4 cups of milk and 1/4 cup of Irish cream.
Step 2: Add pudding mix
Add the pudding mix to the liquids.
Step 3: Mix
With either a whisk or an electric handheld blender, mix the pudding and the liquids until you get to the right consistency. Then, let it stand for about 3-5 minutes. To rim the glass, follow the instructions from the Mint Chocolate Martini.
Sit down with your new favourite drink/dessert and have fun!

Yum!! This looks so good! Don't think I'd be able to do too many but I can't wait to give these a try!
Bailey`s - YUM!! Thanks again for a great recipe. I will definitely make it this weekend. But I was wondering, instead of chocolate could we use white pudding mix (I am allergic to chocolate and nuts - I know what a sin), and would love to try these. Thanks
