There is always lots of free parking and the lineups for purchase don't tend to take too long, depending when you go. You don't have to line up to get in. I don't remember how long I've waited in the past to pay, but clearly nothing remarkable or I would have remembered being annoyed about it as I hate to wait. It's a pretty good setup!
