Dove SkinVitalizer Recall

eBeautyDaily spotted this recall and we thought you'd want to know as well.

Well, this sort of stinks. I have been using the Dove SkinVitalizer over the last week, and was just getting geared up to tell you how much I liked it, when I stumble across a recall notice for it. The cleanser pads are attached (quite nicely, I might add) by a velcro like material which apparently didn't grip as well as it should have in some instances, causing scratches on some folks skin. Too bad - it held the pad perfectly for me, that was the best feature, I thought!

So anyway, if you are using the SkinVitalizer, Dove would like for you to return it: The cleansing pillows may loosen or dislodge during use, and if this happens the device can cause minor scratches to the skin. Read More...
