Evan Biddell opens OZ Studio Boutique in Toronto
This week I was among the lucky few fashionistas invited to check out Evan Biddell’s brand new OZ Studio Boutique in Toronto on behalf of ChickAdvisor.
Displayed in front of simple white walls and draped over grey or chrome mannequins, the clothing was unmistakably the boutique's centerpiece.
A steel wall accents the entranceway with a few of Evan Biddell’s pieces strategically ‘dancing’ for your attention. The space is seemingly effortless with its run-down but trendy style. The hardwood floors were rescued from beneath 5 layers of carpet and the exposed cement ceiling is the result of the original ceiling sinking. In short, it’s a boutique that you’d move into immediately.
Biddell suits the space, and it's clear his business partners are equally as excited about his move to Toronto from Vancouver. The hipster neighborhood of Ossington and Queen West is the perfect fit for the fashionably daring personality that his designs represent.
If you find yourself in Toronto, head over to 134 Ossington and check out the new OZ Studio Boutique.
