At the BET Awards this past Sunday, Janelle Monae was the epitome of class and sophistication. She wore her signature, old glamour bouffant and did a gorgeous matte red lip and cat eye. It was simple yet flawless. Ladies, let's take a lesson from her.

For some reason her head just doesn't look right to me in these two pic's. To me it almost looks like a wax statue of her standing there. Maybe I'm just seeing thing's that aren't there.
