Full-figured Christina Hendricks the New Face of London Fog
Voluptuous redhead Christina Hendricks, star of AMC's Mad Men, is the new face of London Fog's Fall/Winter 2010 campaign.
In a consumer environment ever more activist about seeing "real women" on the covers of magazines, her fresh beauty exemplifies the curvaceous standard rather well. After all, Esquire Magazine's recent poll among American women named her Sexiest Woman Alive. We're guessing men would agree.
That's one thing. We're also rather pleased about the clothes themselves.
The eternal trench is back in every hue of the rainbow. We're loving this animal print version.
Fall's palette is rather monochromatic, but we can already visualize the handbags and fedoras we'll pair with these basic looks.
A bold statement on the waistline emphasizes curves, but we're hoping those trousers aren't cut too roomy behind.
Do you think Christina Hendricks was the right pick? Or are you fed up with the back-and-forth debate on model sizes?

From the first time I saw her, I thought and still thinks she is unbelievably stunning and I love her curves. She's both womanly and sexy. | |
