Guess to Win: Nail Art
It’s no secret we in ChickAdvisor HQ love nail polish. We love that it can add a pop of colour to a bland outfit. We love that the classic French manicure has been a staple for years and adds a ladylike finish to the tips of your fingers. And most of all we love that if you don’t like it, it’s easy to change and start again.
Alexandra’s nails are fun and girly. Her soft pink (Ice) Sally Hansen Hard as Nails polish is a feminine background for her Fing’rs Flirt 3D Nail and Toe Art. She used a number of fleur-de-lis, tiaras and lace to create her unique look.
Jenni took a twist on the French manicure for her artfully done nails. She used Nicole by OPI City Pretty Rose as the base, and on the tips she used Sally Hansen in Whirlwind White. To make the look even more delicate, Jenni used the Fing’rs Flirt 3D Nail and Toe Art in a lace pattern along the tips of select fingers.
Tasha's mixed edgy with the feminine on her nails. Her metallic blue Sally Hansen Chrome Nail Makeup is a little bit tough, while the lace Fing'rs Flirt 3D Nail and Toe Art along the bottom that resembles the half-moon trend.
Michelle likes her polish to be extra glossy so she always uses a top coat. She layered her Sally Hansen top coat over top of her OPI Black Shatter over her other OPI nail polish in Blue My Mind. It's a lot of layers but it's definitely worth the effort.
Newspaper nails took the home manicure world by storm this summer. Her version of the look used Essie polish in Barbados as a background to the newsprint.
So which Chick do you think needed an extra hand to complete her manicure? One lucky correct answer before August 14th will win a prize.
