The latest designer to hit Payless' shelves is Isabel Toledo.  The designer who dressed MObama for Inauguration Day in a stunning yellow suit created 8 designs for the discount shoe retailer and they're being stocked now ahead of the September 7th schedule in select stores across Canada, the US and online.

On to the eye candy!

We're head over heels in lust with the Belted Poodle ($59.99), High Ghillie ($39.99) and showstopping Toreador pump ($44.99).

Bootie bliss for $54.99 - the Silver Bootie and Front Fold Bootie.

Fancy some flats?  $34.99 gets you the Ghillie Flat (available in black and metallic silver) or the Pom Pom Flat.

Word is, there'll be matching bags too.  Are you loving this collection?  Which is your favourite?

I am a big fan of furry boots too, and since my dogs ate my last pair, they will have to be replaced! Another excuse to shop! :)

I look at those fur boots and I think Russian. That and a big fur hat. I love it.

Haha! What a polarizing reaction. This is what fashion is all about: you either love it or you hate it. The fashion mags and blogs are debating about this collection too. NYMag.com loves it.

Most of these shoes are hideous.. It's like, let's mix old lady comfort styles into something and call it fashionable. If I saw someone wearing the booties or the flats I would definitely not think: "Fashion aware" They're like the shoes your grandma would point to and say: "Oh look at these love, they're trendy aren't they?"

See - the practical part of me is thinking the heels are big enough that I won't turn my ankle wearing them! My personal fave are the boots too.

I don't really like the heels they're using, it's too chunky for me. I do think the furry boots are cool!
