We're happy to let you know that you're not in the future. It's the brand new, sleek, sophisticated and dare we say, schmexy ChickAdvisor! 

We're so excited that you're here with us to witness the launch of ChickAdvisor 3.0, and after recently turning 5 years old, we must say that we absolutely love all our members! We're so glad that you're with us and we look forward to the next 5, 10, 15 and 100 years as we grow and continue to bring you brand new features! 

ChickAdvisor Classic Features

You'll be glad to hear we haven't changed everything, just given it a makeover.  Here are a few of your favourite functions we kept:


* Add Reviews by logging in and clicking the pink 'Add Review' button at the top right hand corner next to your profile picture. If you are already on a product page, you'll see 'Write A Review' in the black bar just below the item description.


* Browse our Deals by clicking on the Deals tab at the top of the home page.  Found an eye-popping steal?  Share it by clicking on the 'Add a Deal' button at the top right of the Deals page.

* Read our Blog by clicking on a recent article from the home page or browsing our archive in the Blog tab.  We've even pulled the 5 most popular categories to the top for easier access.

* Chat in our Forum by clicking on the Forums tab and selecting a discussion.  Have something new to share or a question to ask?  First select the appropriate category (eg. Relationships, Beauty, Fashion, etc), and then click on 'Post New Topic' and add your two cents.

* Build a Collection (formerly 'Hotlists') by going into your profile, and clicking 'More' under 'Collections'- it is located on the bottom right hand side.

* Watch Videos in our Videos tab, and add helpful makeup tutorials, hot new movie trailers, and whatever else catches your fancy by click on the 'Add a Video' button.


* Interact with your Friends by posting messages on their guestbooks and adding new besties to your Friends list.  Just visit your Profile to get started!  We gave it a makeover too- you like?

ChickAdvisor New Features

BUT ChickAdvisor also has some really nifty new features too that we're sure you're going to love as much as we do! Being a ChickAdvisor member now gives you the option to collect Points and earn Badges. 


You earn points by doing the following:

- Adding Reviews and Deals
- Commenting on articles 
- Commenting on or starting Forum threads
- Adding Videos 
- Subscribing to our newsletter (when you join or afterward by hitting up the Subscribe box on our home page)
- and more (check out the full list here)

When you achieve certain point level, you qualify for a Badge. For example, if you're a hard core forum poster, you'll earn the Cheerleader badge! Or if you love a good deal and you share it, you'll earn the Deal Queen badge.

A more comprehensive list of badges is available here- be sure to check it out so you'll know exactly what to work toward.  We'll also be rolling out seasonal and limited time badges for you to earn!

As you accumulate points, you advance in levels of badges from basic to advanced versions. Trade up to 'Beauty Expert' or 'Shopping Rockstar'!

By being an active ChickAdvisor member, you'll not only be getting exclusive access to giveaways and contests but also earn preferential treatment in new Product Review Club offers.
