![]() | I have smaller eyes which are made even smaller by my glasses, I find that by using color under the eye it really closes them up. So as much as I like the look I just can't pull it off on myself. :( |
![]() | I've always liked putting bright eyeliner under my eyes. Just remember to go more simple with the makeup on your lids though, because if you want that to be the WOW factor, you don't want to look too overdone. I usually do a bright purple, bright blue or deep green. I've tried other colors, but I tend to stick to those when I want a little bit of a WOW factor. |
