Our celebrity chef, Christine Cushing expertly guided in-studio guests and at-home cooks who tuned in simultaneously across Canada to prepare three incredible recipes featuring Canadian cheese made from 100% Canadian milk.

Each delectable course was easy to make, bursting with flavour, and designed to share with your friends and family. We even made soufflé! Like our last #MasterCheeseClass, Christine answered live questions from the Twitterverse as participants cooked along with us at home sporting their cute pink ChickAdvisor aprons.
