Nail Art Tutorial: Spring Florals
Springtime is synonymous with florals. Every season, we bust them out in full force. It just feels right! This spring, why not try florals in your mani?

We were inspired by the flower power nail art we've seen around the blogosphere. So we decided to try out our own based on this manicure.
Pansies are definitely one of the friendliest flower, so we figured a manicure featuring this pretty floral motif was in order.
Here's what we used:
Oh My Gosh Nail Lacquer in 007 Apple Green
Rimmel London 60 Seconds Nail Polish in 710 Sunny Days
Sally Hansen hard As Nails Xtreme Nail Colour in 481 Breezy Blue (For the base, feel free to switch it up to any other colour you'd like)
Quo by Orly Nail Polish in French White
Sephora by OPI Nail Colour in Hell to the No
Other: Dotting tool, small and thin paint brush
How to:
1. Paint your base colour.
2. Use the dotting tool and make two small dots in purple side by side.
3. Again with the dotting tool, make four white dots in a cross shape.
4. In the middle of the white dots, add some purple and streak it out with a small paintbrush
5. Add a dot of yellow in the middle and if you'd like, accent your pansies with a few polka dots.
6. Finished product!
How sweet, easy and fun is that? Would you try this manicure?

Really like the large orange and pink ones..wish that had been shown.
These are really cute, they are easier to do with either lots of practice or with a friend to help paint the dominant hand. I like the daisies.

Cute! I usually use toothpicks when I do nail art (which is rarely) and they seem to work fine. I also have a few of those nail art pens which are actually really easy to use, just make sure you put a clear top coat overtop or else they smudge
