 | Exactly one year ago today, I learned how to floss and properly brush my teeth. It was my first time seeing a dentist in more than two decades - since early childhood. Over four consecutive days, the dentist was generous enough to repair a few chipped teeth that were making my tongue bleed (Apparently, I grind my teeth in my sleep) and he did a total clean of my mouth (I think it's called scaling?) Anyways - by time he was done, I had slight spaces in between my teeth that I never had before...and it felt so good! |
