As I live vicariously through blogs during New York Fashion Week, I have fallen in love with almost everything! For the most part, the collections are gorgeous- everything seems to flow and glide down the runway and all I want to do is find the nearest bank so I can rob it as to fund my shopping spree. However, you can't please everyone all the time! Here are some of controversial, questionable and wacky styles as seen during NYFW. Would you ever wear any of these? 


Rebecca Taylor (left) showed a slicked back "just got out of the shower" look, while Thakoon (right) sports pink painted hair with minimal makeup.


(From Left) Abbey Dawn plays punk safe in a grey and black palette. It's a mesh jumpsuit at Alexander Wang- I repeat: Mesh.  Jumpsuit. Jeremy Scott channels the 90's with a lamé printed mini dress with some fringe. Passé?  You've got to be really brave to wear Theysken's Theory metallic green pants but worn right, could they work? 


(From Left) first two: The Blonds are creative but their arts and crafts inspired pom pom looks are bit overboard. I think Nicole Miller must have gone to the same resort as those guys from Hot Tub Time Machine because this is the perfect example of an 80's style ski suit, and Betsey Johnson does a fedora and show girl-esque dress.

Nicki Minaj (left)....are words necessary? It's a pom pom outfit with neon tights and a beehive 'do. Okay, we do have one word: original. Lindsay Lohan (right)... how we'd love to make you over, girlfriend.
