Organic Beauty: Guilt-Free Makeup & Skincare
Though it's still fairly difficult to find a good selection of reasonably accessible organic and all natural makeup, more than ever companies are creating organic beauty products that are better for you and the environment. Many of these can be found online in Canada and the USA. We rooted through your reviews and companies we've been introduced to, to compile a list of companies that are making the search for healthier greener products easier. This list is by no means definitive, but it's a decent head start:

Aubrey Organics makes amazing hair and skincare products. I also like Desert Essence for skincare.
I only use organic products, for my hair too. I love the aussie product kuush and have tried the black cohosh. the money spent was worth while has i still have half a jar left after 2 months, check out chikii.com.au kuush is pure luxury in a jar.
You have got to check out 100% Pure Products! They are amazing. I love their vanilla bean line because I have horrible allergies and it allows me to avoid the flowery components that seem to make up most organic body products. Not only are they organic, but their workers are paid a fair wage.

I'll be looking into these products, for sure. :)
I agree. Not only do organic products benefit the enviornment, but your skin as well. I started using Burt's Bees theraputic lotion in orange honey and my skin started changing. After shaving my legs are always ashy, and I would throw on lotion to get my day started. Of course lotion would make my skin break out in red bumps and that would look really attractive! I switched to Bert's Bees and I don't have that problem anymore. I am not a scientist, but I think since the product is organic, it is more sensitive on my skin. I love it, and I am never going back! |
