Over-the Knee Boots: Hot or Not?

Before we whip out our boots for the cooler months, we wanted to weigh in on a trend from last year: over-the-knee boots. Can we still wear them?

Some celebrities have been spotted recently digging the look, and we are still really into it too. Here are some of the hottest options in stores now.
