Claire, those recipes look so delicious! That sandwich has me salivating ;)
We posted some wonderful picnic-friendly recipes a little while back. Check 'em out!
I am so excited to go picnicing now! I am definitely a picnic person. My husband and I also love the cheese, crackers, pickles, veggies, pasta salad, and perhaps cold cut subs with some lemonade. Can't wait to have a picnic!
Oh wow! Now this is definitely my It Bag! I love all the typical picnicking foods like cheese & crackers, wine, olives, but also fried chicken, potato salad, and iced tea (aren't they the quintessential picnic foods?)
It's amazing how much you can put into a picnic bag (basket). I especially like the Aviva St Tropez Bamboo and Rattan Basket. I wish the weather will be warm enough for a picnic...at least the sun's out for now
I would absolutely love to go on a picnic right now. This is one of my favourite things to do in the summer. I always pack a small bottle of red and white (usually a nice Chianti and an Ontario Chardonnay). I love picnics where you can pick at a variety of things like cheeses, crackers, olives, meats and pasta salads. Then falling asleep on the blanket in the sun after for a few hours. Heaven! |
