Posing Wall: Green or Brown?

Another day, another pose. And so it begins with this lovely brown dress. It's from Joeffer Caoc's fall 2010 collection, but it still looks awfully cute in the summer, wouldn't you agree? I bought it as a sample and had it resized to fit me and I'm still pinching myself at the deal I got. It's a wool cashmere blend but it's anything but stuffy.

Now on to the green. My friend, Chenessa stopped by the office in this delightful fresh number that I fear gives me some stiff competition. Naturally she hasn't been posing as long as I have (being the founder of the posing wall and all), but doesn't she look a peach?

I swear my Mom had this belt in the 80s and I wish I would've had the foresight to snag it.

As far as greens go, I do like them, but I prefer darker shades or more earthy shades of green. Greyish greens, greyish browns, that kind of thing. I'm also not a big fan of the lines of the green one. Too flouncy on the bottom. I might have liked it more had it been the same shape as the brown one, though. And yes, I agree as far as both pairs of shoes go. They're very nice.
