Hey! I'm Aliza and I'm thrilled to have joined the ChickAdvisor team as an intern! I've been an active member of the site for years and it feels great to join the family. Let me tell you it's tight knit around here and everyone has made me feel so welcomed. I LOVE IT! I am really looking forward to meeting and interacting with the rest of the family (that's you!).

Here are some things I love and some fun and interesting facts about me:


I love animals! I own an 8 year old cat named Kitty. I love getting up close and personal with any and all animals (as you can see above). 


I'm a city girl and I love what the city of Toronto has to offer. I'm always up for trying out new restaurants, going to the beach, or just taking in the city's night life. I'm also a music lover, so I find myself going to see a lot of concerts. I can't wait to go to Drake's OVO Fest this year. Above is a picture I snapped from last year's concert.  


In my spare time I enjoy giving back to the community. It's a big part of who I am. This year, I volunteered with the World Partnership Walk. I've been raising funds and volunteering with them for years. Not only was it a fun time, but I also had the opportunity to help out communities living in poverty in Africa and Asia.


I am obsessed with penguins, Betty Boop and Hello Kitty. For my birthday last year I got a Hello Kitty candy jar! 


I love to smile and laugh. My mom always used to tell me I was the happiest baby. I guess that's why I enjoy watching comedies. Whether it's tv, movies or a live comedy show. I actually saw Aziz Ansari live on Friday when he came to Toronto.
