Hello Chicks! My name is Lorna and I just recently joined ChickAdvisor as the Graphic Designer. I am enrolled in the Arts & Business program (majoring in fine arts) at the University of Waterloo. This is first co-op placement so you can imagine how excited I am to be working at ChickAdvisor!

I hope to get to know you all soon but let me start by sharing a few things about myself! 

1. My all time favourite hobby is drawing.
 

I've always been a visual learner and enjoyed the arts ever since I can remember. I do it on a daily basis, whether it be doodling or for an art project.  Because of my artistic passion, I've decided to pursue graphic designing. Here are some samples of my artwork! 2.  I'm a gamer girl! 
 
I've been playing games since I was really young. My first gaming console was the GameBoy Colour. I still remember playing Zelda or Pokemon everyday after school (in between doing homework, of course!). 

3. I'm an aunt! 

Here is my cute, cute, cute three year old nephew! I love him to death even though he likes to throw toys at me. Whenever he comes over my place, he always fights with me over the computer or remote control. 

4. More than ¾ of my family members reside in Guangzhou, China. 


They are very important to me and unfortunately, I don't get to see them often. I only visit China whenever I am on break from school. Since the visit is only for a short period, I make most of my time there. (Can you spot me in the picture?)

5. Lastly, I absolutely love going downtown (especially at night). 


Everything is so lively and brightly lit! There are so many stores that make you go on a never-ending shopping-spree. When I move out of my parents place, I'd love to get a place downtown.
