And Meguinn, you don't need to fill out the Product Review Club Registration survery each and every time, but you do need to fill out each survey that they will send you, about each individual product. Hope this helps. Also, I have been told that those bumps under your eyes are a result of using too much or having too heavy of a lotion under your eyes. I used to have the same problem, so I switched face lotions and problem solved!

You have to have a good sun screen on or you will burn really bad. I've bin using an O Lay product with SPF lately only because I wasn't sure what else to use. I find that if I put a bit to much of the O Lay on it's hard to absorb into my oily skin when it first goes on and it leaves my face shinny. I have to wait what feel like forever before I can apply my makeup because of this. So I'd love to give this Neutrogena one a try before I go out and buy something else.
