Almost Arianne on the pressure of sticking with the program...
I finished seeing my personal trainer a couple of weeks ago, and while I am coping, this is proving to be very difficult to keep up.
Exercise
I can still pull two trips to the gym per week, although my goal was three times a week. I did have a bout with a heavy head and cold this week though, so that was definitely a contributing factor. My personal trainer gave me a couple of programs -- endurance and muscle-sculpting -- that I can do on my own. I have gone through the endurance program a couple of times and I actually quite like it...
