Rachel McAdams Says Green is Sexy
Flying home from Argentina, I was flipping through this month's Vogue featuring Toronto's own, Rachel McAdams. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about her website that has refreshingly nothing to do with celebrity. www.greenissexy.org was launched by McAdams and two friends to encourage us all to live a greener lifestyle. Articles contain lots of helpful tips on how to reduce our footprint at home, the office, out and about, entertaining, on the road and much more.
On first inspection I was pleased to see they love the Diva Cup as much as we do. Then I took a peek at their gift guide, and while fascinated by the soy undies, was especially in agreement that Bonterra organic wine is the bomb.
The tips for women are fun to read and include interesting suggestions like... pee on top, donate your old bras to bosom buddies and how to shave using less water.
Finally a celebrity's website I actually want to read!
