Thanks Girl! We'll be sending out emails early next week with meeting instructions and your ticket info. You haven't missed anything. If you have purchased tickets with friends, you will need to share that info with them.

If you don't get anything by Tuesday, please let me know!

Sooo excited!

Thanks for your q! The ShopCrawl is actually a fairly expensive event to produce. It takes months of planning on our end, which includes bringing stores on board, negotiating discounts, creating custom graphics and print materials, press releases, articles and other promotional materials, online promotions and then running the event itself.

Then there are costs of the after party where each shopper is getting a cocktail and snacks at the restaurant, which we pay for. If you and a friend were to go shopping together and then each have a cocktail and a few snacks, you'd end up each paying around $25 just for that.

The discounts you are getting will more than make up for the cost of your ticket, not to mention the over $150 worth of free products each person is getting between the swag bags and the instore giveaways. There are prizes too :)

I think if you ask anyone who has been to a ShopCrawl before if they feel they get their money's worth, it would be a resounding YES!

Valid points, however, you aren't just paying for the discounts at the stores, you are receiving an experience to shop with other amazing women, get a cocktail while you socialize at the end of the evening and get $100 in free and truly amazing swag! That to me is worth $25 :-) Plus a complimentary make-over.

This sounds like a lot of fun...however, I have a real problem paying $25 for a shopping escore. In a recession retailers should be promoting this kind of activity for free!! Has chickadvisors explored the opportunity to have retailers sponsoring this type of event, instead of customers having to pay $25 to shop??

I live in Yorkville...I know all these stores and most of them having on going sales, especially now a days!! What is the value for me as a consumer??

Don't get me wrong this is a great idea however, I think your revenue model is incorrect.

Thanks

Hey Everyone, we have had an overwhelming number of requests for extra tickets. There truly aren't any left. So sorry! I wish I could help you out but the ticket sales are limited based on available swag, after party capacity, etc. This event will have 100 people, which is the most we've opened it up to so far.
