Keeping those lips luscious and soft is a must! Imagine snuggling up to that cutie you've been eyeing only to realize that they have a dry, cracked pucker! Or worse- imagine you're the one with the lips of sandpaper!

Because lip balm is such a vital piece of anyone's daily routine, (I mean, how many times do you reapply in a day, right?)  we think that Chicks need to make an informed decision on which on they are using, and so we're challenging you to review your very favourite lip balms this week.

You have until October 16th to review a lip balm. At the end of the week, we will randomly choose one reviewer to win a prize! The more lip balms you review, the better your chances are of winning!

Review Of The Week General Information:

Every week, we'll pick one product category or place we'd like you to write a review of for the chance to win a prize.

You will know what to review each week from the ad (pictured above) you'll see on ChickAdvisor promoting the current Review of the Week challenge. Search for your favourite lip balm in our Lip Balm Category, or simply click on Write A Review in your dashboard to get started!

CARMEX! i love it it's fabulous! You can use it alone it's not wax and I've used it with other lipsticks to ccreate my own look and it's great. it's not huge just perfect in your jeans, or purse whatever. I' love it too b/c the makeup artist I used on my wedding day got me hooked, she used that with a pink lipstick and it looked divine.

My favorite lip balm is one I received as a stocking stuffer many years ago. It has a delightful watermelon scent (and taste - it's very hard to not lick off). It lasts quite a while and moisturizes quite nicely. It's called Candy Kisses Natural Lip Balm, and in addition to keeping dry lips at bay, it also protects your lips from the sun and contains vitamin E.

Also, here's a fun tip which I use this particular lip balm for: apply a little lip balm as normal, then take an old toothbrush and ever so gently brush your lips (I tend to start in the middle of the lip and brush out toward my cheeks). I cannot stress how gentle you should be. This is for exfoliation - it will brush away all the dead, dry patches of skin and leave you with nice soft, kissable lips. In addition, all that brushing will cause blood to flow to your lips and result in a nice, rosy color.
