ShowCase 2014: Get Your Tickets Now!

Posted by Ali | Wednesday May 7, 2014130 comments

One of the things I love most about owning ChickAdvisor is coming up with a fun concept (that I personally would enjoy doing) and making it happen for you guys! That’s where ShopCrawl came from, our movie nights and most recently our local cooking class with Canadian Cheese.

Here is our latest Big Idea: ShowCase! 300 women, 3 cities, 3 stunning hotels and a boatload of free products. ShowCase is like a giant reviewing party we're bringing to Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.

And you are invited!

While the DJ spins, your gorgeous self will be testing and reviewing products from GOSH, Soap & Glory, Rocky Mountain Soap, Kleenex, No Bleeding Lips, No Dark Shadows, Bourjois, and Skinny Cow with your closest ChickAdvisor pals over tea at the Ritz-Carlton in Toronto and Montreal, or the Rosewood Georgia Hotel in Vancouver.

Of course, all those products you tested will be yours to keep!  That’s over $100 worth of free full-sized products.  Tickets are just $25 and we have only 100 spots in each city, so go check your calendars and get your tickets now.  Our events sell out fast!

Event dates:

Toronto: Sunday May 25th 1-4pm
Ritz-Carlton, 181 Wellington St. W Toronto
**SOLD OUT**

See pictures from our Toronto event here

Montreal:
Sunday June 1st 1-4pm
Ritz-Carlton, 1228 Rue Sherbrooke Ouest, Montréal
**SOLD OUT**

See pictures from our Montreal event here

Vancouver: Sunday June 22nd 1-4pm
Rosewood Hotel Georgia, 801 West Georgia Street, Vancouver
**SOLD OUT**

See you there!

Please note:  You will be testing and reviewing products live on the spot.  Think of this like an in-person ChickAdvisor experience.  If you buy tickets for a friend who is not a ChickAdvisor member, they will need to be comfortable testing and reviewing everything from lipstick to chocolate.

Terms: Your ticket purchase is a final sale and not refundable. Featured products are only available to event attendees who are checked in during the event. Late arrivals or early departures will not be able to receive all of the products, nor can products be claimed outside of the event.

If anyone is on the fence about going to the Vancouver or Montreal event, I would definitely get a ticket. The Toronto event was amazing and I had a great time!

I made a blog post if anyone is interested in seeing an overview of the event. :3

@Lee: we have a lot of people who would love your ticket. If you want help unloading the ticket, please email us at [email protected] and we'll give you a hand! We will need to know the email address under which the ticket was originally purchased so we would be able to update the guest list.

If you sell it privately, we will still need an update on who bought the ticket for check-in purposes. Please email [email protected] in that event as well.

thanks!

@starobsolete there will be lip products so I would come with bare lips. There will also be an under eye concealer and a bronzer. Everything else won't affect your makeup.

Looking forward to seeing you all!

I'll be at the Toronto one this Sunday, and can't wait! Just a question, is there any makeup we shouldn't wear to the event? I was thinking of doing a bright lip, but that might not be the best idea if we'll be testing out other lip products. :p
