Skirts and Dresses Street Style- Pick Your Favourite to Win!

Lately, it’s been hot in Toronto, like, really hot. In fact, it's been so hot that you want to take off all your clothes and run through a sprinkler (you know you want to...). We found three very hot girls (not literally, I mean that in the other sense…) trying to keep cool by wearing cute and easy summer skirts and dresses.

We love that Seo is playing with contrasts and opposites in her outfit. She’s wearing a detailed and very feminine lace skirt but we like that she keeps it casual and laid back with a gray oversized tee. It is the perfect mix of ladylike and masculine. Her mini skirt is a great way to show off some skin in these hot summer months and her legs look miles long in her nude peeptoe wedges- a great shoe for walking around the city in. Seo adds a bit of whimsy to her outfit with a gold wiener dog pendant- too cute!

In a neon orange-red, you can see Hana’s dress from across the street which makes her fearless with colour! She isn't afraid of playing with different trends either- she's a melange of retro, high end and rock. What’s great about Hana’s dress is the 50’s style cut. The silhouette, by flaring out into an A-Line, gives Hana great curves. To give her outfit a bit of a rock n’ roll edge, she has paired it with burgundy Doc Marten boots.  Her Chanel style bag and oversized wayfarer frames make for a vintage rockabilly look.

Then we found Hodman, and she wasn't easy to catch up with (she was a fast walker!) but it was definitely worth it because she had such a striking face and smile. The white and colourful printed dress is great piece for a hot summer day but what really makes it pop are the wonderful pastels and brights against her skin tone. This dress totally suited her personality and she accessorized it with a simple and functional vintage looking leather shoulder bag. Her shoes are almost like a running shoe/oxford hybrid but they are working- love the woven detail and the leather lace-up. Hodman looks gorgeous in this outfit because she takes trends but makes them her own by adding little twists and unexpected details.

Like last week, we want you to tell us who you think is the best dressed out of this fabulous batch of ladies. The girl with the most votes will win herself a prize, don't despair though because a randomly selected commenter can also win themselves something good! Here's what you do:

1. Leave us a comment telling us which girl you think is the best dressed.
2. Then, for an extra entry, tweet @ChickAdvisor (insert your ChickAdvisor username) Cool #StreetStyle Beats the Heat! http://bit.ly/rh3vMJ

Love Seo's outfit, casual but chic by mixing up lace with an oversize tee.

Hana's dress is so radiant, that when I scrolled down to comment, I just saw a flash of red. I love it though, especially with her combats! Actually, now that I think about it, everyone's shoes look so fab and different from each other. You got your tough-,pretty-, and casual-girls all in one article.
